Our Service Commitment

Kidd & Co offer a very personal service beginning with our first meeting with a client. This initial meeting is free of cost and obligation. The main objective is to establish the client’s areas of interest and how our financial planning skills could be of value to that client. We will not offer any advice until we understand a client’s circumstances and aspirations.

We are a completely independent company, directly authorised by the Financial Services Authority, and we are not restricted in the range of financial advice we can offer.

Our aims are to build up long term relationships with our clients and ensure they feel we have treated them fairly. Our commitment is to ensure that all of our clients recognise we are working in their interests at all times.

Personal circumstances change over the lifetimes of our clients and our ongoing review service picks up on those changes and adapts client’s plans to suit their changed situations.

We are paid for our services either by a fee from our clients, based on the time and effort applied by our advisers in solving client problems, or by product charges (commission) paid by the product providers. Our clients are free to choose whichever method they feel is appropriate to their circumstances. We will always tell clients the cost in advance and ask them to sign a remuneration agreement before commencement of the advisory process.
