We use comprehensive, up to date search engines to check the whole of the market for mortgages to suit every category of borrower e.g. first time buyers: remortgage clients: buy to let investors: commercial borrowers and home movers.

As independent advisers we are able to find and evaluate all the mortgage offers available for independent advice that best suit our client’s circumstances before making any recommendation. In most cases we will then take care of management of the application and all necessary administration. Some lenders choose to deal directly with the public and in those cases the client will be advised accordingly.

We will not hesitate to recommend such an offer if it is the client’s best interests. If we do we may charge a fee for the work of evaluation and selection.
